• Revisions are provided without additional charges provided the original project scope and concept remain unchanged.
• Standard revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours.
• Major changes beyond the approved concept, additional work requests, or scope changes may require additional charges.

Fair Usage Policy

To maintain service quality for all clients:

• Unlimited revisions are subject to fair use limitations.
• Projects exceeding 30 revision rounds may incur additional service charges.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to maintain fairness and transparency for both clients and AmazonPublication.us.

Refund requests are handled according to the following conditions:

Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Clients may request a refund within 24 hours of order placement, subject to a 10% administrative and processing fee, provided no work has commenced.

Before Initial Deliverables

If cancellation occurs before initial project materials or mockups are delivered:

• Eligible for a refund less applicable processing fees.

Partial Refund Eligibility

Where work has already commenced:

• Refund amounts may be prorated based on completed project milestones.
• Completed work, consultations, publishing submissions, approved designs, formatting work, editing services, or delivered files are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may not be approved if:

• Final deliverables have been provided.
• Publishing services have been completed.
• Files have been approved by the client.
• The client becomes inactive for more than 15 days without notice.
• The project has progressed substantially.
• The client changes their mind after approvals.
• Multiple agencies are hired simultaneously for identical work solely for comparison purposes.

All refund decisions remain subject to review by AmazonPublication.us management.

3. Project Inactivity & Reactivation Policy

Client collaboration is essential for successful completion.

• If no client communication is received for 15 consecutive days, projects may be placed on hold.
• Extended inactivity may require a project reactivation fee ranging between $150 – $600, depending on project status and workload.
• Clients experiencing personal circumstances may request temporary project holds.

4. Satisfaction Commitment

Our quality commitment includes:

• Professional editing
• Book formatting
• Publishing support
• Cover design development
• Marketing assistance where applicable
• Ongoing revisions within package limitations

If project outcomes do not align with approved specifications, additional revisions may be provided.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership rights transfer to the client only after:

• Full payment completion
• Final project approval
• Project delivery

If refunds are issued:

• Ownership rights remain with AmazonPublication.us.
• Refunded concepts, drafts, files, materials, or work products may not be used, reproduced, displayed, or published by the client.

Clients remain responsible for obtaining trademarks, copyright registrations, ISBN requirements, or additional legal protections where necessary.

6. Delivery Policy

Project delivery timelines vary depending on service type.

• Delivery schedules are communicated during project onboarding.
• Final files are typically delivered electronically through email.
• Clients receive order confirmations and project status communications.
• Rush delivery services may be available at additional charges.

Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or client inactivity.
